Help with your Surfio video
Find answers about requesting an AI UGC sample, approving scripts, paid packs, delivery, AI presenters and contacting Surfio.
Requesting your sample
Use the sample request form. Tell us what you sell, provide your product link and leave an email address. A product page is enough to start; no filming or shipping is required. We confirm scope and timing before production.
Approving the message
The hook and script outline come first. Review product details, claims, tone and the intended audience before production. Tell us which statements need evidence or must not appear. The presenter is AI, not a customer giving a personal testimonial.
Changes and paid work
The $249 test pack includes one round of changes. Monthly revision arrangements and delivery timing are agreed before starting. See the package comparison and terms; ask about anything your brief requires before committing.
Running and evaluating your ads
You or your media buyer run the campaign. Choose a business outcome and a test design before spending. Viewing and click metrics can help diagnose the funnel, but do not establish profitable acquisition. Creative production does not include managed testing or a sales guarantee.
AI presentation and product accuracy
We do not describe AI presenters as real customers, patients, parents or donors. Check the finished representation against your actual product and follow the relevant platform’s current requirements when publishing. Read the production process and the labelled examples.
